She represented registered local CBOs to educate rural and urban communities on disease prevention, waterborne illnesses, and climate-related health risks.
She has trained nurses, Lady Health Workers, and community volunteers on primary healthcare, maternal and child health, and emergency first aid. Her training sessions focus on translating hospital-level care into practical community action.

As Promoter & Director of Health, Ms. Maryam leads GRAO’s health, WASH, and community wellness programmes. She bridges hospital-level expertise with grassroots CBO work to deliver preventive healthcare, clean water projects, and health awareness campaigns across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Balochistan, and Punjab.
